You will be able to register your entries beginning Friday 1 February, 2013 at 3:00 AM, EST through Saturday 31 August, 2013 at 12:00 PM, EDT.

Entries will be accepted at our shipping and drop-off locations beginning Monday 26 August, 2013 at 3:00 AM, EDT through Friday 6 September, 2013 at 3:00 PM, EDT.
Entry Fees
£6 per entry. £4.00 per entry after 1 entries.
Entry Limit
There is a limit of five hundred (500) entries for this competition. Currently, 153 entries have been logged.

Bottle Acceptance Rules
2 bottles per entry.
Bottles should be 330ml-568ml, brown or green glass. Bottles and caps will not be returned.
Bottles and caps should have all distinguishing marks removed or blanked out. No labels should be stuck to the bottle. Bottles with engraved or embossed lettering are acceptable, although should be avoided.
All bottles should have the entry label attached with a rubber band.

Packing and Shipping
Carefully pack your entries in a sturdy box. Line the inside of your carton with a plastic trash bag. Partition and pack each bottle with adequate packaging material. Do not over pack! Write clearly: "Fragile. This Side Up." on the package. Your package should weigh less than 25 pounds. Please refrain from using "messy" packaging materials such a Styrofoam "peanuts" or pellets; please use packaging material such as bubble wrap.
Place entry forms and payment a sealed zip-top bag. Additionally, enclose your each of your bottle labels in a small zip-top bag before attaching to their respective bottles. This way it makes it possible for the organizer to identify specifically which beer has broken if there is damage during shipment.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact entrants whose bottles have broken to make arrangements for sending replacement bottles.

Awards
Medals and certificates will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category. Certificates may be awarded for Honourable Mentions. No joint placings will be awarded. Judges are not obliged to award all placings. No beer scoring less than 21 may receive a placing or Honorable Mention.
The 1st place in each category will then compete for Best of Show (BoS).
BoS prizes and medals will be awarded for1st, 2nd and 3rd place from the BoS judging.
Particpants from clubs will accrue points based on placings in categories (1st - 3; 2nd - 2; 3rd - 1). Those points will go towards the competition for the club trophy.
Large prizes will not be posted - the winner must be present.
